We sell lots of memory foam toppers on ebay and as such have enjoyed 100% feedback untill we sold one to Mr Khan !!!! I will let you our valued customers judge if you think he is being unresonable.
I think the refusal to return an item your not happy with, when you have been offered a full refund and postage costs and an advance on the refund to cover postage costs suggests Mr khan may be either a competitor or just a very difficult customer hell bent on causing trouble

The topper is great, still trying to understand why it gave me back ache first night, could it be that i slept on a really really really bad mattress for so long that it has deformed my back i dont know and maybe i never will. Its resolved my allergy issues too which was the main prupose. The feedback was harsh (hands raised). I havent recieved a feedback revision request.
Shall revise if i recieve it ! Send me a reminder incase i forget.
China remark was out of sheer anger!

No i believe its second grade, i dont have the funds to send it back to you and im not naieve enough to leave you positive feedback, youll find that in itself is blackmail and against eBay rules. I wont fall for your skillful tactics. enjoy your no longer 100% feedback.

The reason we have good feedback is that we give good service and we want to help you
If you wish to complain send the item back we will refund both the full cost you paid + your return postage regardless if the item is faulty or not
You cant get better customer service than that
I suggest we give you a partial refund of £5 to cover part of the return postage as a sign of goodfaith
You can see that all we want to do is to make you the customer happy
I should say however that as ebay feedback is one way from buyer to seller unfair or incorrect or mischievious feedback can be actionable as it effect the sellers reputation I would be very carfull especialy as we have offered you an refund + Postage cost and have tried to resolve the matter for you

It gave me a back ache somthing ive never encountered even when sleeping on the floor !
Im not going to pay both ways i paid for the topper to come here you should pay for it to be returned.
Im not wasting my money, the reason you have good feedback is because no one uses the matress before leaving feedback.

You will no doubt have seen our fantastic feedback regarding this product before you bought it . You will see most of our feedback is\ in repect of toppers sold .
Ebay rules say that negative feedback should only be given if you cant resolve a problem with the seller and as you have only just brought this to my attention
If you are unhappy with the item please retun it and receive a full refund Plus your reasonable postage costs
Its always difficult to please all the people all of the time but with our fantastic reputation for customer service you dont need to threaten negative feedback to get a problem resolved. It could be that your topper is faulty in some way
