We aim to dispatch most orders the next working day from receiving payment by overnight carrier. There are some exceptions such as order that have Dacron added Bespoke or laminated products. Please call us before you place your order if you need it urgently

We can not accept cancelled orders in respect of late delivery in the event of poor weather conditions, reasonable seasonal variation or industrial action or in the event of circumstances beyond our control If you do have any questions regarding our Foam Cut To Size, or Delivery then please contact us
Due to increased pressure on the carriers over the xmas period some deliveries or dispatches may be delayed This is beyond our control and as such we can not accept cancellations or be responsible for any consequential loss arising from late delivery or dispatches
GOODS DAMAGED AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY
If your parcel / packaging arrives in a damaged condition please sign as "damaged" rather than your name. This enable us to be sure that the goods were damaged in transit .We will only be able to accept limited liability if the procedure is not followed. If you receive a damaged parcel you must notify us immediately upon receipt or at the worst if a 3rd party took delivery within 24 hours
