DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 7 working days assuming standard thicknesses 2.5cm 5cm 7.5 cm 10cm 12.5cm .

Pre-cut items such as memory foam toppers and mattresses have a quicker delivery as dictated by stock levels .

Orders of none standard thickness are on a 1 to 14 working day delivery including standard thickness orders having dacron fitted . Do you realy want 7cm or could you take 7.5cm (standard thickness) for example. Multiples of sizes under £1 each in value may have to be CNC cut and can be delayed up to 14 days as will more complex shapes other than square or rectangular cushions or those fitted with a Dacron wrap or budget foam .

We pride ourselves on giving the best prices on the internet. To do this we have developed a unique bit of TESSELLATION software. This allows us cut foam with the minimum of waste . As a consequence we cut foam according to the best yield from the block or sheets hence our broad dispatch time.

Please note "Working days" are defined as Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays and the week between xmas and the first working day of the new year when we are closed.

All orders at £5 delivery will be sent 1st class post . All other delivery charges refer to deliveries made by Fedx or Parcel Force . If you choose the incorrect delivery charge at the check out your item will be posted at a cost up to the price you paid for delivery. Any imposed surcharges are the responsibility of the customer
