Customer choosing a plain or striped fabric and opting for a wrap around or box pleat cushion style should not be overly concerned about this extra cost option
Pattern matching is only an issue if you have a large pattern repeat that spread over one or more cushion. Its a bit like hanging wall paper it can look odd if the pattern is not matched correctly.
Customer choosing a striped fabric with a traditional box cushion are advised to take this option to ensure continuity as well
