At least one of our largest competitors claim all prices include VAT when it fact they are not even registered for VAT. - We are able to check the offer on the competitor's website
How to claim
If you have found a cheaper price from one of our competitors and it meets the above criteria, please give us a call on 0845 3665824. When you call you will be asked for the following:
- The product brand, or the grade of foam
- The competitor's price
- The web site address of the internet site offering a better price (NOT a price comparison site)
If we can confirm that one of our listed competitors are offering the same product cheaper we will match that price + 2.5% (please note we price match the price of the product excluding delivery).
The offer is not transferable and you must purchase the product on the same day that we offer to match a competitor's price. We can only match prices for one of each product per customer and prices of bulk purchases are not included.
