Thank you for choosing thefoamshop.co.uk. Our unique tessellation software allows us to cut your foam order at the lowest price to you the customer with the minimum amount of waste to the environment.

BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER PLEASE REFER TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR A TEXT NOTIFICATION FROM THE CARRIER ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN DESPATCHED.

WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER PLEASE SURE YOU PROVIDE A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO ENABLE THE CARRIER TO NOTIFY YOU OF YOUR DELIVERY.

Please ensure you click the correct country tab at the check out. It will be set to the UK MAINLAND by default. When you click the default tab the other location options will drop down for you to choose. Please note we have no way of knowing that you have chosen the correct tariff until the goods are ready for dispatch

We aim to dispatch most orders the next working day from receiving payment by overnight. Bespoke cut to size order are dispatched on a 1 to 7 working schedule to avoid waste. There are some exceptions such as Memory Foam cut to size or Bespoke orders with Dacron added or laminated products. where a 7 to 14 working day dispatch may occur, this include foam cut beyond normal foam sheet size or 200cm as it will required bonding . Please call us before you place your order if you need it urgently or tell us if you need to delay dispatch of your order If you choose our budget foam delivery times are up to 14 working days.

Covid19 delivery policy
Please note delivery times may become extended as a result of the effects on the ecconomy of the Coronavirus. There may be delays due to a breakdown in the supply chain, if we can ask for your patience at this difficult time as staff levels may change with little or no notice. If your order does not reach you within our published time frame. Please email sales@thefoamshop.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.
The governmant will soon roll out its track& trace sysyem to identify people who have come in to contact with with Covid 19 suffererer. As a result staff could be required to isolate without warning This could have serious disruption to customer orders. Bespoke (made to your specifiaction) orders disrupted by Covid 19 having been started or in the process of being despatched can not be cancelled. Please do not place orders with us if your are unable to accept these service limitations

We pride ourselves on giving the best prices on the internet. To do this we have developed a unique bit of TESSELLATION software. This allows us cut foam with the minimum of waste . As a consequence we cut foam according to the best yield from the block some orders might be slower than others

Please note "Working days" are defined as Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays and the week between xmas and the first working day of the new year when we are closed.

We can not accept cancelled orders in respect of late delivery in the event of poor weather conditions, reasonable seasonal variation or industrial action or in the event of circumstances beyond our control If you do have any questions regarding our Foam Cut To Size, or Delivery then please contact us
XMAS DELIVERIES
Due to increased pressure on the carriers over the xmas period some deliveries or dispatches may be delayed This is beyond our control and as such we can not accept cancellations or be responsible for any consequential loss arising from late delivery or dispatches
GOODS DAMAGED AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY
If your parcel / packaging arrives in a damaged condition please sign as "damaged" rather than your name. This enable us to be sure that the goods were damaged in transit .We will only be able to accept limited liability if the procedure is not followed. If you receive a damaged parcel you must notify us immediately upon receipt or at the worst if a 3rd party took delivery within 24 hours
